Founder, CEO & Managing Director.

Dr. Daniel Moses is a property industry veteran.

He knows all too well the challenges that life can bring. He has faced numerous setbacks, including a £150,000 business failure in 2015.

With his back against the wall – fighting anxiety, depression, and on the verge of bankruptcy – he came up with a plan to become wealthy through property and never looked back.

Today, he runs a 7-figure empire. He is a bestselling author, and holds a doctorate of Philosophy, Christian Leadership, and Business.

Dr. Daniel knows better than most that anyone can achieve success if they have the right guidance and are willing to put in the work. With over 1,000 satisfied students mentored, he has extensive experience in helping others achieve their dreams.

A devoted husband and father, Dr. Daniel is guided by a strong commitment to family values. This inspires him to continue teaching others to build generational wealth through property.

Kevin Kludje

Kevin Kludje is a Creative entrepreneur who has sharpened his skills at the University of East London, gaining a degree in Media and Communications.

After graduating, he immediately landed clients such as Sky – a titan of the UK broadcasting industry. Here, Kevin learned the power of telling a good story.

Building on this experience, he pivoted to social media marketing and sales, generating high quality leads for companies aiming to increase their revenue and presence online.

He has since worked with Essence Global, ABNtv, and UNIKA – brands which have a combined turnover of more than £60 million per year.

Kevin is powerful a mixture of creative entrepreneur and sharp business psychologist. He works closely with Dr. Daniel dealing with the backbone of the business and has also got a rent to rent portfolio.

Millie Moses

Operational Director

Millie has a long track record of operational excellence.

Starting her career as a customer assistant at Marks and Spencer’s flagship Marble Arch branch, she learned the value of a rock solid work ethic.

Millie’s strong commercial instinct and dedication to high performance was quickly recognised, landing her a position as Store Manager. Her ability to successfully run different branches (generating up to £20 million per year) resulted in her gaining an impressive professional reputation.

In 2015, she won the Store Manager of the Year Award for the entire London City Region.

Millie’s extensive managerial experience is a vital asset to Property Wealth Education. Her strengths in business transformation and organisation keep the company running smoothly.

You as the corporate tenant will then Manage the whole property and re-rent the property on a room by room basis, legally with correct agreements and compliance in place to your clients i.e. Professionals or corporate companies.
